Representative Porter, Chair, Representatives Parnell, Navarre. President Halford granted the Senate members limited powers as requested. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. Signing the report: Senator Miller, Chair, Senators Leman, Donley, Representative Porter, Chair, Representatives Parnell, Navarre. Senator Leman further signed "prefer Senate version." Senator Donley further signed "support Senate version." Previous House fiscal notes apply to the Conference Committee Substitute. Senator Taylor moved that the Senate adopt the Conference Committee Report on CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 43. Senator Pearce called the Senate on the entire daily order of business. The call was satisified. The question being: "Shall CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 43 pass the Senate?" The roll was taken with the following result: CCS HJR 43 Adopt Conference Committee Report?
